Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Muffins

A breakfast recipe that uses ripe bananas and chocolate chips to make moist and flavorful muffins that are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingreadient

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup milk(120 mL)
  • 1 cup quick oat(140 g)
  • 1 cup wheat flour(115 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup greek yogurt(285 g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chip(85 g)

Direction

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180˚C).
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend thoroughly, mixing up with a spoon if needed.
  3. Divide mixture among 12 lined muffin tins.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the muffins.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
